This Privacy Policy applies only to the BeefyMachine prelaunch signup page operated by Spicer Designs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). It does not cover the full BeefyMachine store, which will have its own Privacy Policy once ordering opens.
What We Collect
When you submit the signup form, we collect the email address you provide and, if you choose to share them, your preferred clothing size(s). We don't ask for or collect payment information, accounts, or any other personal details on this page.
Site Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit this page during the prelaunch period — things like page views and general traffic trends. This tool doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't collect or store any information that identifies you personally. It's used solely to help us gauge interest ahead of launch and isn't connected to the email signup information described below.
How We Use Your Information
We'll use your email address to send you a one-time notification when BeefyMachine apparel by Spicer Designs LLC goes live and ordering opens. At that point, your email is added to our ongoing marketing list — so you'll hear about new drops, promotions, and updates going forward — and that same launch email gives you a clear, one-click way to opt out if you'd rather not receive anything further. Nothing about signing up here changes: we still won't sell your information or send anything before launch.
Opting Out
You're never locked in. You can opt out of future marketing the moment you get the launch email, or at any time after, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly (see below).
Service Providers
We use Supabase to securely store signup information prior to launch, Resend to deliver the launch notification, and Shopify to manage our marketing list and any emails you receive after launch. These providers process your information solely on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
Your Rights
You may ask us to delete your information or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time — before or after launch — by emailing support@beefymachine.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email from us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
